I was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1970. My father was a bodybuilder and gymnast. He noticed the same potential in me and enrolled me into a gymnastics training facility. I excelled at the sport. My trainers realized that my body was suitable for gymnastics and after a few years of hard work they convinced me to try out for national competitions. I practiced gymnastics from 1975 until 1982. Then during the same year I started practicing Judo.
I was always very active and even joined a break dancing group. I also joined the volleyball and basketball teams in my school. Because of my muscular physique, in 1984 I started training in kick-boxing and Aikido, this lead me to become interested in amateur Bodybuilding.
Once again with the urging of my trainers, I trained hard and tried out for the Nationwide Bodybuilding Competition in my country. I came in 2nd place at the Turkish Youth Competition, which encouraged me to train harder and aim higher on a professional level.
I have been supported by such Pro Body Builders as Ahmet Enunlu, Tulug Topa and Adnan Sir . I have received many certifications in sports fitness and health. As a Personal Trainer and Life coach, my goal with the right training and nutritional techniques, is to help as many people as possible to achieve their personal goals in health and overall well-being.
